Timeframes exclude processing time. During peak seasons, delivery can be delayed by ~2–4 business days. International orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking) as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take 7–10 days to populate events depending on the carrier.
If tracking looks stalled or says “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, give it a couple days (carriers occasionally scan early) then contact us: support@shopviatoday.com.

How long will it take to get my order?
Processing typically takes 2–7 business days. After that, transit time depends on your location and product type (see the tables above). Peak seasons and holidays may extend these estimates slightly.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
PO Boxes: Yes, in most cases.
APO/FPO: Delivery options can be limited and lead times may increase. If you need help, email us at

Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Not in a single order. Please place separate orders if you need items shipped to different addresses.
Will I be charged customs/VAT on international orders?
Some countries may charge VAT, duties, or customs fees upon import. These are the recipient’s responsibility. Check with your local customs office for details.
My package is late or missing—what should I do?
First, check your tracking. If it shows delivered, allow 1–2 business days—carriers sometimes scan early or deliver to a secure location. Still no luck? Email us at support@shopviatoday.com and we’ll help.
Can I expedite my order?
Many of our items are made to order. We don’t currently offer expedited shipping, but we’re working on it.

Contact us ASAP at support@shopviatoday.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, address changes must be handled with the carrier and may not be possible.
