Effective:We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a free replacement. We typically can’t accept returns caused by user selections (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
Eligibility & How to Start
If your item arrived flawed, damaged, printed poorly, or different from what was shown on our site, email us within 10 days of delivery at support@shopviatoday.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
Our customer care team will review and, if approved, send a free replacement or next steps.
Exchanges
We’ll replace items that are defective or damaged with the same item. Contact support@shopviatoday.com to begin an exchange.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it’s issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear (bank processing times may vary).
Sale items are generally not refundable unless defective.
Return Shipping
Unless the issue is our fault, customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping. If returning an item over $75, consider a trackable service or shipping insurance.
