1. Introduction

Welcome to Shopvia Today (“Shopvia”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Billing Terms & Conditions govern how orders, payments, pricing, shipping, and related billing processes work on shopviatoday.com. By placing an order or using our checkout, you agree to these terms. If you order or register on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Store information & products

Shopvia offers both personalized, made-to-order items and a catalog of stocked products (collectively, “Products”). Product options (sizes, colors, materials) vary by item. Some features may allow sharing of content via third-party services and/or adding your own personalized content.

2a. Security

We use industry-standard TLS/SSL for encrypted connections. We maintain our service and apply regular updates, but occasional maintenance or outages may occur. We are not liable for interruptions due to maintenance, outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

2b. Product description

We strive to describe and display Products accurately. However, actual colors/finishes may vary due to screen settings, materials, and printing methods. If you need more details, contact support@shopviatoday.com.

2c. Product availability

All orders are subject to availability. Products may be modified, temporarily unavailable, or permanently discontinued without notice.

2d. Pricing & currency

Prices are shown in the currency appropriate to your location (e.g., USD) and may change at any time. Promotional pricing may be limited-time only. Taxes, shipping, and duties (where applicable) are shown at checkout.

3. Order process

To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information (name, email, phone, billing/shipping address). Review your cart carefully (product, size, color, quantity, delivery address) before confirming. You’ll see a summary of your order and charges during checkout.

By submitting your details at checkout, you consent to Shopvia processing your data to fulfill your order and provide customer support, per our Privacy Policy.

3b. Order confirmation

After checkout, you may receive an acknowledgment email. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email or otherwise indicate acceptance (e.g., order status updates). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors).

3c. Right of cancellation — personalized products

Personalized or made-to-order items are produced specifically for you (size, color, design). Because production begins shortly after purchase, these items generally can’t be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started, except where required by law or where the item is defective or not as described.

3d. Right of cancellation — catalog products

For non-personalized catalog products, you may be entitled to cancel/return within the legally applicable period in your jurisdiction (e.g., 14 days in some regions). Please contact support@shopviatoday.com with your order number to start the process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the returned item(s) in original condition, subject to our return policy.

3e. Proof of transaction

Digital confirmations, invoices, and receipts stored in our systems (or our payment processors’ systems) constitute valid proof of transaction. Need an invoice copy? Email support@shopviatoday.com.

4. Payment methods & protection

We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, etc.) and other methods shown at checkout (e.g., PayPal), processed via reputable payment gateways using TLS/SSL. We do not store full card details on our servers. If you request a valid refund under these terms, we’ll refund to the original payment method.

4a. Fraudulent payments

We use anti-fraud checks and may cancel or block orders for suspected fraud or chargeback risk. We may restrict account access or require additional verification before shipping.

4b. Taxes & import duties

You’re responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT/GST, customs duties, or import fees assessed by your country or region. These may be charged at checkout or upon delivery, depending on your location.

5. Shipping information

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Some addresses (e.g., PO boxes, hotels) may be ineligible. Delivery windows shown are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

5a. Tracking orders

When available for your shipping method, we’ll provide a tracking link in your order updates.

5b. Absent or late delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, contact us. Where required by law, you may request delivery within an additional reasonable period; if delivery still does not occur, you may be able to cancel for a full refund to the original payment method.

5c. Legal warranty, defects & returns

If an item arrives defective or not as described, contact us promptly with photos and your order number. Where applicable law provides, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We’ll guide you through return shipping or resolution steps.

5d. Exceptions to return rights

Certain categories (e.g., personalized items; used/worn items; items not in original condition/packaging) may be excluded from return, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property — personalized items

The Shopvia platform, technology, and content (including logos, graphics, and databases) are protected by intellectual property laws. Designs and user-submitted content remain the property of their respective owners. Do not upload content you don’t own or have rights to use. We may remove content alleged to infringe and may suspend activity related to repeated infringement.

7. Privacy & data protection

We process personal data to fulfill orders and provide customer service in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer personal data. Data may be processed by third-party processors (e.g., payment providers, carriers) to complete your order.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopvia Today will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of our services or Products. In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shopvia Today, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, carrier failures, supplier issues, pandemics, acts of government).

11. General provisions

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Notices sent by email are deemed received when delivered to the address you provided. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
